Explorer keeps shutting down-CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!!!!!

90% of the time I use explorer I get a message saying

This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down.

If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

This message locks up my machine and I have to constantly
reboot and go through scandisk.

when I click on details I get the following message:

websites. Help, please!
