My Explorer (XP SP2, Athlon +2000) is not OK.

When I want to start a program by double-clicking it takes about 13
seconds until the program starts loading, no matter how big or small it
is. The same with the right mouse button. To open the menue needs about
13 seconds. To delete a file with the keyboards "DEL"-key takes 13 to 17
seconds as well. Half the time when I use menue of the explorer, but
"normal time" (13 to 17 seconds) when I want to open the Data-manue (up
left). Meanwhile, every other process is working quite normal. The task
manager shows that the explorer seems to do nothing but waiting and no
other process changes its work. But waiting for what? How can the
waiting process switched off? To delete a path in the directory will
work immediately.
