Explorer invalid page fault

I keep getting this error message when trying to get the
latest update for IE6. It also happens when trying to open
some hyperlinks.

Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module RPCRT4.dll
at 016f:fbd0894

I tried regsvr32 rpcrt4.dll, and it did not work.

PLEASE HELP!
