Mike

At random sites, my interent explorer goes does not load.
It goes to the "The page cannot be displayed" page and
has "http:///" under the address bar. When this happens,
the page that I want is in the process of loading. It
appears to fully load and then says "connecting to site
127.0.0.1" and then goes to the page I described above. I
tried using Adaware and Spybot but they both only fix the
problem for a little while. Anyone know what to do??

have you tried the immunize feature in spybot???? and block
bad pages from loading..? or use mozilla.org the new
browser only is firefox. bad bugs are written for ie .

First eliminate any scumware.
See

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
CWShredder is also available here:

**Post your HijackThis log to

Alternative download pages for Ad-Aware, Spybot, HijackThis and CWShredder
may be found on this page:

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
