Explorer.exe has genrated arrors

Hi All
I am using wondows 2000 pro. service pack 4 is
instaled & all paches rare instaled.
I ma getting this error
"Explorer.exe has genrated arrors and will be closed by
windows you will need to restart the program"
agian & again when ever i try to open MY computer or
Internet Explorer

any one Tell me how i remove this error

Restore your Microsoft Internet Explorer back to a prior version. Then Start | Run | regsvr32 /u thumbvw.dll If the behavior stops for a while then Start | Run | regsvr32 thumbvw.dll
