explorer.exe Bad Image

This error occurs on every startup and log in and freezes
everything if i don't click OK at the right time. It
refers do a dll temp file having a bad image and it is a
new, bad image, each time.
Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks, Dan

sfc /scannow
