Explorer caused an error in Kernel32.dll. Explorer will now close.

This error message occurs when opening the Streamer from
the Streamer console while logged in to my Ameritrade
account. I have disabled ScriptStopper in McAfee, upgraded
Java to the latest version and searched the Microsoft KB
for solutions to no avail. Anybody have a suggestion
