Explorer and Other Issues

I recently bought a new computer with vista installed on it. I brought
it home and began installing World of Warcraft. When it was about 90%
finished installing, I tried to move the WoW folder from my desktop to
the Games folder.

This is when it all started going badly.

Windows Explorer began to constantly stop responding and restart,
folders took exceptionally long to open (or often didn't open at all),
and WoW lost track of the launch.exe file. The last one I knew how to
fix, so I took the folder from Games and put it back on the desktop.
When I did this, the icon for the WoW Launcher became a blank .exe file
and refused to react when clicked. I restarted the computer, but all
problems persisted.

I can't delete WoW; the Recycle Bin never moves from "0 of 0 files
recycled."

I can't uninstall WoW; folder rarely open.

I have never used vista before this, and any help would be greatly
appreciated.

from the control panel go to System and Maintenance>Backup and Restore
Center and then select repair windows using system restore, and select the
date and time before the WOW is installed
