Explorer address issues - res://mshp.dll/index.html#12802

My Internet Explorer keeps reseting the homeapge to the
folowing address. How can I stop this. I am tired of
reseting this manually. Anyone know how to take action
to permanently correct?

First, be sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a scan of your
system.

Second, check for malware on your system as it is often the source of this
type of issue. Download, install and run and Ad Aware:
