Explorer 6 stops respondiong for 30seconds

This is very irritating.
Explorer 6 stops responding every 2 minuttes for about 30
seconds. There is no activity on my ISDN connection during
this period.

Do you have an unused network card?
If so, disable it in Device Manager.
