explore window close when open certain file or folder.

Please help, Problem on WindowsXP Pro SP2
..
When I explore file or folder from My Computer, the
explore window always closed and back to desktop when I
searching in folder that contain certain media files
(mostly avi file or else)
..
I must open these media files through DivX or others
program, but many times it still doesn't work. What
should I do ?

Try uninstalling Divx, turning off DEP and reinstalling Divx. Once you are
done, turn DEP back on. To turn DEP off, right click on My Computer,
Properties, Advanced tab, pick the top option (I do not have a SP2 CPU handy
to check names) and go to the far right tab.
