explore.exe/spybot dso-exploit

Under task manager my explore.exe usage varies from 4-88% and makes my
computer work slow and makes my games run slow online. I have try disk clean
up,defrag,spy-bot,ad-ware,mcacfee and various other things a friend with teck
experience told me to do. nothing works can somebody help.
Also after i run spy-bot i have an "dso-expliot"apper .After i tell it to
fix selected problems they say the are clen but will show up on the run again.
Are these problems related ?
How do i fix both?

dso exploit is a bug on some systems. as long as you are
patched ,no problem.
spybot is also version 1.3 at safer-networking.org
ad-aware lavasoftusa.com se version 1.5
