Exploit/iFrame Virus

I was at PCPitstop and ran a virus check. The result was I have several Exploit/iFrame Viruses. I did a Google search and found several items. One of these articles refered me to http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS01-020.mspx. This says the Affected Software is:
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5
BUT I'M RUNNING 6.

I went to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/critical/Q290108/default.asp and downloaded the "patch" even though it's not for 6.0
Naturally after downloading it didn't work

Can someone help me get rid of the Exploit/iFrame Virus

Thanks for the response. But according to all of the info at Microsoft this worm shouldn't attack IE6.0, which according to my "about IE" I am running 6.0. This is the info at "about IE" Version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633CO Cipher Strength 128-bit Product ID : 55277-OEM-0011903-00102 Update Versions SP1;Q824145; Q832894; This is a customized version of IE
