Expiration Date

I have a form with [Date Signed] column which represents the date that
personals signed for office equipments from the company. I need to change the
color of date when it is equal or over a year. For instance: Ray signed for
Monitors, Printers and other stuffs on 25 dec 2006 and on 25 dec 2007 the
color of the date should change to red.

All assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.

Thanks
