Expiration date for per device tokens

Hi all
My Win2K + SP3 server acts as a the LS also. It delivered 20 "per device" token to our WinCE.net terminals with an expiration date something as 90 days after the delivery day
When the epiration day arrives, the terminal cannot connect the whole day. The next morning, everything's ok
Should i reinstall the LS and call the MS Clearinghouse to reactivacte correctly the LS

This is fixed in SP4.
