Expanding the Name Box

The default lines displayed in the Name Box dropdown is seven. Is there a way to increase the number of lines?
 
Another solution is to download Name Manager, developed by myself and Jan
Karel Pieterse with Mac localisation by Matthew Hanson.
In addition to showing a larger number of names Name Manager allows you to
filter and manipulate the list of names in many different ways.

a way to increase the number of lines?
 
I like Chip's approach with VBA in Personal.xls. His code deals with width only - do you suppose some code could be included to increase the number of rows displayed to, say, 18
