Expand Start...Programs

I was wonderng how do you expand the Start...Programs
display. When I go to Start then programs....I always
have to click on the arrows to view the rest of my
programs. How do I change this? Thanks
 
To turn off Personalized Menus:

1. Right-click the Start button, and then click Properties.
2. On the Start Menu tab, click Classic Start menu, and then click Customize.
3. Under Advanced Start menu options, uncheck the "Use personalized menus" check
box.
