expand grids with one command

I have msft Excel vsn 2002. The single printed page of a
spreadsheet is coming out too small to read.

Is it possible to expand the grids , both height and width, with a
single command for the entire sheet.

OR, is it possible to enlarge a sheet before printing?

best, Aaron

First, I'd make sure that only the range you want to print is being printed. If
excel thinks that it should print more rows or columns, you may see very small
print.

In xl2003 menus, you can change your print range via:

Select the range, then
File|Print Area|Set print area

But if you're just printing a small amount of data, you could try:

File|Page setup|Page tab
In the Scaling section, change the "adjust to" percentage to something larger.

Then check it with print preview to see if you did ok.

<File> <Page SetUp>

Under the "Page" tab,
Under "Scaling",
You can adjust your sizing.
