Exiting Memo Fields

Very beginning question from a rank beginner. When entering data in a memo
field, how do I exit or leave the field in Access 2k using XP?

It kind of sounds like you might be entering data into Fields in
Tables rather than into Controls on Forms. Don't do that. Create
forms and use them for data entry and massaging. Then the answer is
to get the focus out of the Control, usually by tabbing to the next
control or by moving to the next record or by closing the form.
