exiting internet explorer

i am sabeel..
i have Microsoft internet explorer version 6.0.28
installed on my PC..from past 4-5 months..i am facing this
problem...whenever i run the Internet explorer and later
when i want to close it..i am not able to close the
internet explorer browser....when i try to close it...it
gets stuck ..this stuck happens only,when i try to close
it..ultimately i am not able to and have to go to the task
manager and kill the task many a times,only then that i am
able close it by this crook method...can u kindly please
give me a solution,to overcome this problem.

This is probably being caused by a third-party program- possibly an adware,
spyware, parasite program.
Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at

Or...
A legitimate program running in the background may be causing this. Disable
(for diagnostic purposes) programs such as pop-up blockers, toolbars,
security, anti-virus, etc. You may have to reinstall, or not reinstall, a
program.
