Exiting access error

Fellow accessers, I have already posted this question in the Dutch forum, but
that did not solve my question. I have a form with 2 subforms. These subforms
are based on queries. When I have changed the query then the query itself is
running smoothly but when I start the form Access stops completely. And I
have to start all over again. When I try to open the query then too Access
stops. Even if I try to open the query in design mode. My solution until now
is to rewrite the query and the form. But still I want to understand what is
happening. Can anyone explain this to me?

First thing to try would be unchecking the boxes for Name AutoCorrect.

They are accessed through the Tools menu, Options, the General tab.

Then compact the database.
