Wondering if anyone can help or has heard of this
problem, windows fails to execute exe files properly,
ctrl alt and delete and i can see the process that i have
executed but does not run in programs. So end result is
nothing happens? Any help would be appreciated.

Does the same thing happen in safe mode? When did this start to happen?
