Executing a query in the Query Designer via keyboard shortcut

Does anyone know how to execute an SQL query in the Query Designer via
keyboard shortcut? I am trying to speed up a small repetitve task with out
scripting it...

When the design view is showing: hit Alt-Q R. I.e., Hold down the Alt
key and then hit the R key.
