Execute permissions on a share

I have a problem that I hope someone has some insight to.
I'm trying to execute a program on a share which is on a machine in a different domain.
Trusts are set up between the two domains.
The computer where I'm actually trying to execute the program is Windows 2003.

What is the problem???? What happens? What message do you get? Also,
what do you mean by "The computer where I'm actually trying to execute
the program is Windows 2003."? Is that where you are logged in
interactively, or is that the machine that is sharing the folder where
the file you want to run resides?
