Executables - Build

I did a build and created an executable. Works ok but if I create a
shortcut to the .exe from the desktop (ie an icon shortcut) I get an
error. Why is this?

Perhaps the starting directory has something to do with it. Make sure the
shortcut sets the "Start In" property to the location of the executable.
