using window messenger 4.7. not window messenger 4.6
I am using a WXP Professionals Windows.

There is no major difference as far the features of both are concerned, 4.6
is just a predecessor to 4.7. So dont bother much, its MSN 6 and Winodws
Messenger 4.7 (and now 5) that are different products.
