Exctract text in Outlook Message

Hi,

I'm new to VBA Outlook so hope someone could help.

I get emails like this everyday:

And I would need the IDs after "Bills Grabbed" and before "History Grabbed" which are

to be exported to a certain column in an Excel file that I have with just clicking a button in Outlook. This excel file that I have have formulas and macros in it to help me sort the data so I would really need this excel file to be the file that I have stored in my drive somewhere.
