excluding myself in replies

When I reply to a message that was sent to a large group, and that group
includes me, I get my own reply back to my inbox.

Is there a setting that will allow me to exlude myself when reply to groups
that include me?

No. Unless Outlook can recognize the address as belonging to you, it will
delivery a copy to you. There's something different in how Outlook
recognizes you and how the address is represented in the recipient field,
such as Exchange vs. Internet address.
