Exchanging files between 2 computers

Hello,

I have two computers which use the same ISP.
I want to send files from one to another through internet.
The problem is that the ISP has a monthly tranfer limit for
international traffic.
For national traffic there is no transfer limit.

So, I need to find a way to transfer files from computer 1 to computer
2, which are in same country and in same ISP, making sure that the
traffic will be considered national.

Could you tell me what are my options?

The total transfer size can be between 10MB to 1GB.

It sounds as if your ISP is not or may not be abiding by its own rules. If
that's the case then your only option is to contact your ISP concerning this
issue.

basically, it doesn't matter
what program may be avail on
the net. If your isp is the bottleneck
then this is the issue that can
be resolved by upgrading or
moving to another isp.

but if you think that there
are more options then maybe
you need to get online storage
or use online networking service
like "log me in"

Check the Country setting on both computers in Control Panel -
Regional and Language Options.
