Exchange server unavailable

Hi Guys,

One of my clients are running Outlook 2003 and are
currently logged onto the exchange server on their
individual machines. However, when they log into a
different machine, they can't open outlook as they get
the error message "The Exchange Server is unavailable".

Any ideas on how to solve this?

How is the authentication set on the other computer?

Can they ping the Exchange server, by name, from that "different machine?"
