Exchange 2000 SMTP

I just upgraded to Exchange 2000 Enterprise from Exchange
5.5. We us an ISP for our Internet E-mail and such and
we use Exchange for all our internal E-mail and calendars
and such. My problem:
I am able to send e-mail to certain Internet e-mail
address but not others. Ex. (e-mail address removed) I can't
send too, or rather it never arrives at the destination.
The e-mail address is a Road Runner Broadband ISP. Help!

Thanks,
Chris

Perhaps one of the exchange newsgroups could provide a better answer, unless
you think this is an IP routing problem?

In any case, you'll probably need to provide more information such as event
logs, tracing, error message text, and so on.
