Excessive Kernel Discussion

I have a problem where I am seeing 70%-80% kernel usage constantly. I have
upgraded to SP2 and have used the sys config utility to exclude everything
with no luck. It's a about a year old Dell w 384K RAM.

Needless to say it is running pitifully slow. Ran AD-Aware, Spybot, Norton
AV. No luck

Any thoughts?

For a list of running tasks, open a command prompt, and type: netstat -ano then: tasklist /svc . Compare the PID.
