exception EInOutError

Hello

yesterday i installed a new mail system here at work. Public outlook, its
just a program that makes your PST file public for everyone on the network.
After a lot of blood, sweat and tears it finaly works. When i come in this
morning 3 of 7 people here get an error message when they where logging on.
The error message sound as followed: "Exception EInOutError in module
is-9I3QO.exe at 00006344. File not found." I search on the internet, but
couldn't find a solution, does anybody here have an idea.

Disable the add-in or start Outlook in safe-mode and see if the error still
exist. If not; the problem is not Outlook but your add-in. Contact the
supplier for support.
