With no description on a homepage or even a "read me" file in the .zip
package, I have no idea what this is. I won't install this, and I think
others should be hesitant to install it as well.

I'm totally with badgolferman and Hadidasher. You can't reasonably
expect anybody but a total novice to download an tiny (64 kb seems a
little small for "Excellent financial software") executable for which
you provide no information. In spite of the fact that AVG didn't find
any malware in the download, my advise to others is to stear clear of
this program (if that's what it is) until it's been reviewed by a
reputable freeware website like Snapfiles or Nonags.
