how can I move from one cell to another triggered by entry in cell without
hitting enter?

Look into the Worksheet_SelectionChange event.

Merely typing something into a cell does not create an "entry" into that
cell. You have to hit Enter or click on another cell or select another
sheet or a lot of other ways. Detail a step-by-step procedure that you want
to happen. HTH Otto
