G Gord Dibben May 20, 2007 #5 As a follow-up........... Merged cells cause no end of problems and are best avoided. For presentation purposes you can use Center Across Selection which won't involve merging. You can also take a picture of the area and superimpose it over a range. If you use the Camera Tool found under Tools>Customize>Commands you can take a picture that will update as cell contents are altered. Gord
