Excell 2003 has page breaks everywhere

I imported a file that was sent from someone I know and it opened fine but
now all my pages are 4 rows by 1 colum and I cannot reset it.

I tried to reset the page breaks but I cannot. Every page now has these
stupid page breaks.

How do I get my pages back to normal?

Please repost this question in an Excel newsgroup. This group is for Microsoft
Access; the webpage can be confusing and may have misled you.

If Excel works like Access you could try File... Page Setup, but the Excel
folks would know better than I do.
