We have a computer in the office that won't close Excel once opened. We get a
message that a problem has occurred that requires closing the program and
asks if we want to sent a report. No matter which option we choose (report or
not report) it immediately goes back to a blank excel sheet, and then if you
try to close the program the whole process starts over again ad infinitum.
Once this starts, we have to restart or re-boot to get it to stop the cycle.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked the entries in the Event Viewer program to see if it gives
any other info? (Start | Run | eventvwr)

Are you accessing files over the nextwork when this happens or are they all

N0 haven't checked event viewer but will tomorrow. We are accessing only on
his local drive, except for the one e-mail. Thank you! - "POP"
