1sweep

When I started a new document I didn't exactly need the
full 36,000 rows x 100? columns. How can I reduce this
document to 1000 rows x15 columns. Also, it does not
allow me to insert a new row, probaly because it it full,
but I cannot delete a row either. Thanks for your help.
