First: No need to shout (typing in all CAPS means you're shouting)

Second:
Setting gridlines in Page Setup only impacts printed sheets.

Try this:

From the Excel main menu:
<tools><options><view tab>
Check: Gridlines......Click [OK]

If that doesn't work, you probably have a background pattern set on the sheet.
So...try this....

Select a range of cells
<format><cells><patterns tab>
Click on "No color"
Click on "Pattern" check:Automatic
.......Click [OK]

Does that help?

The first thing wrong is that your caps lock key is stuck. Please don't
SHOUT, as many readers will ignore you.

One possibility is that you've set your cell background colour (perhaps to
white) and that is covering the grid lines.
Try Format Cells/ Pattern/ No color, and see what that does for you.

Page setup will tend to affect only what you see in Print, and in Print
Preview. Can you see the grid lines in normal view?
