How do I retrieve my excel program? I uninstalled my Windows XP and now I
have lost excel and word and can't download without purchasing.

You'll have to contact Microsoft with proof of purchase. If you don't
have the Office CD you can't download the program, certainly not for
free.

You're asking in the wrong place, though - this newsgroup is for
questions about the database program Microsoft Access.
