You could name the range that contains the data, then select and copy
that range when required.
To name the range:
Select all the cells that contain the data you want to copy
Click in the Name Box (to the left of the formula bar)
Type a one-word name for the range, e.g. InvoiceData
Press the Enter key
To select the range for copying:
Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Name Box
Select the range name
