how do u, without manually doing it, insert down a column in increments of
10. pls email me at (e-mail address removed)
 
Enter 10 in first row, 20 in second row, select both rows, grab th
bottom right corner of the selection and drag down.

Enter first number in top cell of column.

Select range to fill. Or entire column.

Edit>Fill>Series. Check "Column" and "Linear". Enter 10 in "step value".

If entire column selected, enter a "Stop Value"
