If I have a information test such as:

"21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 39, 42, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49,
50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 61, 76, 77, 80, 83"

can I take this text and auto format it into individual cells with out
entering each individual call?

It looks like this is a comma delimited text report.
Simply open the file using Excel and select comma
delimited as the file type, and it will automatically
import the info into individual cells.
