is there any way to seperate information in a row?.........I have a
spreadsheet with one column and 800 rows that have city, state and zip code
info in them......I need to get the zip codes in numeric
order..............don't care if the city, state info comes with
it................is this possible??
 
Hi Ruster2,

Select your column and then go to Data-->Text to Columns. The wizard will
then walk you through dividing your column into various other columns. It's
fairly intuitive to use but if you have any problems please repost.
