Excel Worksheet WYSIWYG

New computer. Now, the worksheet I am working on is not showing colors - only
black. I can make format changes (ie. colors of text and fill) but it only
appears in the print preview window and when I print. I want to see it as I
work.
 
Do you have high contrast turned on under accessibility options in the
control panel?
If so uncheck it
