Excel worksheet function - Sort of LookUp Function - Help Needed

Good day to all of you out there?!

I work as a sales and marketing manager for a company selling an
installing elevators. I use a relatively large workbook to maintai
the database and control the delivery process, therefore, determin
when do I have to place the order with our principals, hence, forecas
the outgoing cash flow for this purpose only. yet, get a Gantt Char
of the expected workload for the installation dept. The primar
installation date is provided by our customer

I have the following setup for the sheet

A1 : data validation list to choose the year (2004 upwards)
B5:B20 contains the order number (manually entered)
C5:C20 contains the order quantity (manually entered)
D5:D20 contains the delivery date (to be automatically calculated
i.e. I need help here.
E4:p4 contains short month names (Jan, Feb, Mar…Dec)
