Excel worksheet column headings in backwards alphabetical order?

When a co-worker opens her Excel worksheet, the columns are in reverse
alphabetical order and start at the upper right hand corner. How can she fix
this?
 
Tools, Options, International and uncheck View Current Sheet Right-to-Left.
