Works normally saves as .xlr Works | File | Save As | Save as type | Click the V to see the list | Select Excel 97 - 2000 (*.xls) Open Microsoft Works files in Excel http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010448771033.aspx -- Hope this helps.
