Excel VBA - go to worksheet "name" based on a cell reference ="Name"

Hi,

I need to open/activate a worksheet based on the text in a cell.

Eg. Cell G21 in Worksheet "Main Menu" = Jun 04

I need to open worksheet named "Jun 04" based on the cell reference.
